A price looks wrong

Send the bidding zone, the day and the quarter hour, with the value you see on SMARD or in your supplier’s app. If our exchange price differs, the mistake is ours and gets fixed; if only the all-in price differs, the cause is usually your contract’s markup, grid fee or a local charge.

A tax or levy has changed

Electricity tax, levies and VAT sit, with their source, in a single file. Point us to the legal text or official notice and we will read it and enter the new value with its date.
